Are you wanting to know how to claim my business on google maps? Or are you aware you can add your Google my Business location in 3 different ways? Today's tutorial is aimed at businesses that either haven't claimed or want to know the easiest way to claim their google my business listing.

Surprisingly almost half of the business haven't been claimed. It's surprising as it is free and very easy to do.

To add or claim your business listing

Then try 1 of the following 3 ways

1. Go to Google maps and click "Claim this business" after typing in your company name. Just visit google.com/maps

or

2. Use Google search and type in your business. You should then see a side listing if your business has been registered for you. Click" Own this business?" on google.com/ and follow the process

or

3. Go to the Google Business home page at google.com/intl/en_uk/business/ and register your business. Click Claim this business.

In all cases you will be taken to a Manage now page where you can identify yourself through your Google account and select a verification option, and follow the on-screen steps.
