Description from the creator

No one loves prep work, but it's something you gotta get down. In this video, I show you a how to clean asparagus. This technique will help you get more tender, more delicious asparagus for your recipes. It's pretty simple to do, and there are a couple techniques, but what I do is simply snap the tough, woody ends off at the natural breaking point. You're left with the tender, juice stalks, that'll make the perfect asparagus recipe.
