I love to cook with Portobello mushrooms. they have a great,earthy flavor, and their size really let's you do some crazy mushroom recipes. However, before cooking with portobellos, I've got to clean them.

In this cooking technique video, show you how I clean up my portobello mushrooms prior to cooking them. Fortunately, it's pretty easy, and won't take you much time. The two big things are remove the portobello stem, and the gills...and I'll show you both.
