I think I might have finally recovered from the disaster of my last Hangout-on-Air some 7 months ago - and I'm ready to start off this new series with a bang! I'm attempting something I've never tried to cook before, and it's called Mohinga - a Burmese noodle dish made traditionally with catfish.
