Cereal Prawn Recipe

We have almost completed traveling around Southeast Asia and have tried different Southeast Asian foods, if you have been in Singapore and went to Makan Sutra, it a must to try the Cereal Prawn, this is where we got this idea of cooking it at home, although you can buy a pack from the grocery, It is always good to do it on your own.

Ingredients:

500g prawn
1 cup cereal
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
50g butter
2 pcs red chilis
10 pcs curry leaves
