Recipe:
2 chicken breast ( cut in half horizontally)
Salt and Ground Black Pepper
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1.5 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter sliced into 1 tbsp pcs divided
1 1/2 tsp garlic
diced red onions
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
