Here’s how to do it:
1️⃣ Be subtle! Confidence is key.
2️⃣ Use a separate bowl. Avoid egg-shell disasters in your dish (and catch any fails along the way).
3️⃣ Perfect your grip. Hold the base of the egg at the base of your hand, with the pointed end between your middle and index fingers.
4️⃣ Break it on a flat surface. Skip the corner—it helps avoid shell fragments.
