How to Defrost Your Freezer - It's a Good Idea

Defrosting a freezer is a "need to" not a "want to" on anybody's to do list. #itsagoodidea to do it regularly because you'll keep the frost to a minimum, which saves on electricity. You'll save on groceries buying in bulk and freezing what you can't eat now.
