To Delete a Hotmail Account Update:
- go to login.live.com, click Security and Password
- Scroll down and click Close my account, click Next
- Tick all the boxes which indicates that you are aware that you are going to lose everything that are associated to your account
- Select Reason, click Mark account for closure
- Your account will be inactive for 60 days, click Done
