This video will help you understand the 5 common body types of women with celebrity body type as examples, and then the body type quiz to help you find out which one you are.
The 5 common body types include: hourglass, pear, apple, inverted triangle and rectangle.
Famous celebrity body type examples:
Hourglass: Scarlett Johansson, Sofia Vergara
Pear: Kim Kardashian
Apple: Eva Longoria
Inverted Triangle: Victoria Beckham
Rectangle: Natalie Portman
After knowing the characters of each body type, take the body type quiz to find out which type you are. You do not need a measurement tape to take the body type quiz. The quiz does not ask your specific measurements. Rather, it looks at the ratio to determine you body type. As you go through life, your measurements will go up and down, but your answers to these questions should not change, which is why they are reliable ways to decide your body type.
