How To Do Parkour: Landing tutorial (Zoic Nation Parkour and Freerunning)

How to do parkour (Tutorial) Landing "Ground Slap"

In this video we show how to do a Landing "Ground Slap". A Landing "Ground Slap" is how you should land properly when rolling isn't an option. This is how you take a height drop.

As an organization we try to make sure that there is not a distinction between parkour and free running. Parkour and freerunning is a lifestyle of constant progression. Some people say that parkour is about function while free running is about style and flare. But we at Zoic nation choose not to draw a line. We say you should just go out there and play.

Parkour - Parkour is a physical discipline of movement focused on overcoming obstacles. It is the art and technique of moving efficiently from point A to point B

Freerunning - Free running is also a physical discipline of movement focused on overcoming obstacles. It is the art and technique of moving efficiently from point A to point B
