Here is a short video of how we drilled our well. total depth was 80 ft deep and was eventually cased with an 8 inch well casing. The drilling process was fairly simple, i just raised the tool and then dropped it. the design of the tool itself was actually doing the work by trapping the dirt using percussion. Rocks didnt seem to be an obstacle, although honestly i didnt run across too large of one either. The drill that i eventually finished drilling the well with i guess you could call a cable tool. but i didnt drill it in the usual way. As you can see it was more like a modified post hole digger effect that actually was at work here.
