How to Eat Papaya

This is all you need to know to choose a ripe papaya and how to eat a papaya. Cutting and eating a papaya is super simple because you can eat the entire tropical fruit. Papaya is packed with nutrients and great for digestive health. I found papaya seeds really tasty, and the seeds added a nice texture too. Since we’re in central Mexico, we bought the larger Maradol variety of papaya, but many papayas are exported to the USA from Hawaii, they are generally smaller, sweeter papaya.
