How to find what graphics card you have

This is a short video tutorial showing you 2 ways of finding out what kind of graphics card you have. One way I will be showing you how to get more information about your graphics card.
1: how to find what graphics card you have.
2: how to find out what kind of memory your graphics card has. Maybe you want to start using your pc as a gaming pc, and if so it´s good to know if you have a 1gb graphics card or a 2gb graphics card. It´s also good to know if it´s DirectX 10 or DirectX 11 compatible.
3: The second way I show you in this video you can also see how much ram your computer has and what kind of processor.
