Description from the creator

In this video, I offer exercises that have helped my clients to get their feet up and to overall improve their streamline position. Please consult your doctor before starting any physical activity. And, please, warm up, first.
A prerequisite skill for exercises in this video is basic sculling. Here is a video for sculling:

Also, it’s all about your core. If you are unable to contract your muscles correctly, your swimming lessons will be a struggle all the way and you won’t be able to achieve results you are after. I suggest to work on your core strength with these exercises:

(Please talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise regimen)

I was not able to fix noise problem in the background. If you know how to get rid of the background noise without altering my voice, please comment. I am open to suggestions.
My new Instagram page @dream_toswim. You can upload videos of your swimming skills to your Instagram page and tag me, I will be able to analyze your strokes and may suggest exercises for improvement.

My other Instagram page @lifeasisandbeyond where I post a little bit more about my life.
My other YouTube channel is Life As Is And Beyond. It's still new and I am considering in which direction to take it.
