How to Form an LLC in the State of Florida according to the State Statute 608-407. You can start your LLC by going online, filling out a few questions, and paying the $125 filing fee.

Steps
1 Decide Your Name. - Decide the name of your LLC, If you would like to check to see if your name is taken, use the LLC Search Tool.
2 Fill-in Articles of Organization Online. - Go to the Florida Corporations Website (sunbiz.org/).
Hover your mouse over the term "E-Filing Services" and click on "Limited Liability Company Articles of Organization"
Click "accept terms & conditions" and proceed.
Respond to the questions pertaining to the Address of your business, registered agent, and etc.
3 Filing Fee. - Pay the $125 Filing fee.
4 LLC in Mail. - Wait for your Official Limited Liability Company to be in the mail within 2 to 5 business days.
If anything went wrong the Secretary of State will E-Mail you promptly of any changes you will need to make.

Unlike a Corporation, an LLC's ownership is determined by a percentage not shares. You will need to fill-out an LLC Operating Agreement that officially states who owns the Limited Liability Company.
