I freeze celery for the convenience and when I can get it on sale. It works very well in dishes that are cooked. Paid $1.88 per bunch June 2013, paid $ .69 a bunch in November 2012, paid $ .50 a bunch at Aldi Grocery Store November 2011. Fresh food prices have really skyrocketed over the last few years. The only answer seems to be "grow your own"!
