leannelewisonline.com- How To Get A Splinter Out.
It is important to know how to get a splinter out because if left they can cause serious infection and quite a lot of pain. As A Registered Nurse for over 35 years I have come across a lot of splinters and ways to remove them but this method of how to get a splinter out is by far the best, easiest and least painful.
Take a bar of household soap and scrape some into the palm of your hand. Add a teaspoonful of sugar and mix them together until they are well blended. Add a little more sugar because you want the consistency to be a little "grainy" to maximise effectiveness. Then once you have a nice paste apply what you think is a suitable amount to the effected area and cover with a band aid or dressing. The effect will amaze you and you will never again have to ask how to get a splinter out . Leave it in place for 24 hours. By the end of 24 hours your splinter should be out but if not just mix and apply another sugar and soap poultice and leave for another 24hrs. And that's how to get a splinter out with no pain and no cost.
As a Registered Nurse I have been looking for ways to retire and be able to actually increase my income at the same time. I have found that way, so if you are interested feel free to visit my website.
