Often we think of recognition as something we need to give to others because they deserve it, or something we lack because we want it.

We forget that recognition isn't a one-way street it's a culture and environment you can create. Almost like an aura around yourself such as positivity or gratitude.

So what can you do to create a culture of recognition in your life for your work, family, partners, and your social life?
