This will show you everything you need to know about installing recessed lights and light cans into an existing ceiling. The logic works the same no matter what route you go for when remodeling your living room or remodeling your master bedroom. We just found the Sunco Recessed Light brand on Amazon with great reviews, so we went with them and this couldn't have gone better.

I have now completed several different rooms with these lights throughout the last couple of years on a few different houses and I will continue to go this route moving forward.

The electrician quoted me $1,900 to install these lights for labor only on my old living room, and I did it in a weekend for only about $200. This is why I learned how to do it and moved forward myself.

You can do it too!
