In this video we teach you how to keep your pipes from freezing if you don't have heat. If the house is completely vacant and you've drained the water from the pipes and have the main water valve shut off you could use a heat trace like I talk about in the video. We found a couple options on Amazon. If it were me I would use a heat trace with an automatic thermostat and longer wire so I could protect more pipe or double up the wire if needed.
