Materials:
cellophane wrap, ribbon, 2-4 bags of Kisses

Instructions:
1. cut your cellophane to 4x4 inch squares
2. cut your ribbon into one arm length
-extra can always be cut off later
3. cut your ribbon into multiple pieces to about 5 inches in length

4. Wrap your Kisses point side down facing the cellophane wrap
5. double knot your tie
6. repeat till you have 150+ wrapped kisses

7. tie your kiss onto the main ribbon
-optional- to insure a tight lei, secure one end to your foot or an end of the chair
8. Repeat till full
- turn each kiss so a spiral effect is created

9. tie each end to each other when completed
