Ingredients:

CRUST:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup/2 sticks/8 ounces cold butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
7 tbs ice water

FILLING:
4-5 Bananas
3/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk - Full cream works best
3 egg yolks
2 tbs butter
1 tbs vanilla extract
