This video is NOT SCANNCUT RELATED!!! Ok, here is a video, done on request from members of my SNC group, but it is on how to make Martingale collars. I make them from 1' webbing & 1/2" webbing. and all of the associated metal pieces. I do show you the measurements for the collar sizes you will need, and all of the parts and pieces you will need, in the video. =) I show you how to make them, so watch carefully =) If you have any questions, please send me a PM on Facebook, and I will help you, but not on the page, as this is NOT a SNC issue =)
