How to Make a Poodle Skirt

A classic poodle skirt is fun and easy to make! We'll use colorful felt to give it good volume and shape. Then I'll show you tips for sewing that poodle and leash on top. But don't stop there....You can make your skirt with any kind of patches! Unicorns, Flamingos, Popsicles. Yep! Be as creative as you want. Okay let's sew!
