Watermelon Lime Jello Shots

INGREDIENTS

10 limes
1 (3-ounce) box Strawberry Jell-O
1 cup water
1 cup watermelon-flavored vodka
Mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Cut the limes in half, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan, then add in Jell-O powder and whisk until the powder is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. Add in 1 cup cold vodka, and stir to combine.
Pour the Jell-O mixture into the lime halves, filling all the way to the top. Chill overnight.
To serve, use a very sharp knife to carefully cut each lime in half, making wedges. Using food-safe tweezers, stick chocolate chips into the Jell-O to look like watermelon seeds.
