Watermelon Jell-O Shots

Servings - 5 - 7

INGREDIENTS
Watermelon - Medium size
Gelatin - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Water - 1 cup
Vodka - 2 cups

PREPARATION
1. Take a medium size watermelon, cut it into halves with a knife. Use a large spoon to remove all the flesh, including the pips.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup gelatin, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup water and stir until dissolved. Add 2 cups of vodka and stir to combine.
3. Pour the liquid into the halved watermelon and place into the fridge for 2 hours or until the jello is set.
4. Once the jello is set, use a large knife to cut the slices.
5. Serve your jelly shots.
