The latest version of Windows 10 does not run a bunch of my old programs. I found out it didn't run the program I used to use to create an M4b (audiobook) file from a pre-recorded MP3 file.

So I did a bunch of searching and found a program for $20 that would do it easily. This video

shows how to use that program and the process I use when I create an audiobook.
