How to make your PC Windows Vista/7/8 look like Windows 98

This is a 20+ minute guide to making your computer look like windows 98. You will never be able to get the classic windows 98 "Logon Box" back unless you change the whole operating system, which will be a nightmare as it will cause you many problems (I've Tried).
If you're worried that you won't be able to get the "Windows 7" look back, don't - instructions to get it back are in the download.
This process requires you to follow instructions, It will not slow your computer down as you are not running programs in the background, only changing system files!
