How to Make a Booklet in Microsoft word

Hello! In this video I will show you how to set Microsoft Word to print out a booklet when you have written everything already.
This should work with older versions of word as the printer windows should be the same.

Mac Users:
1. Go to macupdate.com/app/mac/21068/create-booklet download and install.
2. Open up your word document and navigate to file-print
3. Click on the "PDF" Dropdown box and select "Create booklet"
4. When Preview opens up, go file-print select 2 sided with short-edge binding.
5. Press print and enjoy!

Windows users:
1. Go to File - Page Setup to set your margins.
2. Set your paper orientation to Landscape
3. Under the "Pages" section in the drop down box, select book fold.
4. Another drop down box will appear; select how many pages that you wasn't in your booklet.
5. Write your words in.
Press print and when printed the pages will be in a 'booklet' order.
