HOW TO MAKE AYRAN - Traditional Turkish Soft Drink

In this episode, I'd like to share with you, how to make AYRAN easily at home. AYRAN, or 'Turkish Buttermilk' as it is called sometimes, is a traditional Turkish soft drink that is made of plain yogurt, cold water and salt. It can be served with almost any main dish. The only exception would be the seafood, in my opinion. A very important benefit, on especially hot days, when the body is in danger of losing too much salt and liquid. Turks love drinking AYRAN, foreigners are also falling in love with it, maybe not always at first sight :)
