Candy Apples
Makes 8-10

8-10 small apples of your choice, I used Red Delicious, washed dried, stem removed
1 1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 1/4 teaspoon red food coloring
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
8-10 Popsicle sticks
