How to make chocolate nests

These super-cute chocolate nests are a sweet Easter gift idea (RECIPE BELOW). The melted chocolate has a secret crunchy ingredient – Chang’s fried noodles. Easy and fun to make, the kids will love them. Happy Easter!

CHOCOLATE NESTS
200g milk chocolate, chopped
20g butter, chopped
100g pkt Chang’s fried noodles
1⁄2 cup shredded coconut, toasted
50-60 small easter eggs

1. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir with a metal spoon for 5 mins or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Add the fried noodles and coconut and stir to combine.
2. Using 2 dessert spoons, arrange small mounds of chocolate mixture on the lined tray. Create a small hollow in the centre. Place eggs in the hollow. Place in the fridge for 30 mins or until set. Store in an airtight container.
