In this episode of In The Kitchen With Matt, I am going to show you how to make chocolate with cocoa powder. This homemade chocolate recipe is so amazing and only using three ingredients! It creates a rich, dark or semi-sweet chocolate and is super delicious. And it is completely dairy-free with no cooking involved. It takes only about 5 minutes to make, minus the chilling time. Homemade chocolate with cocoa powder is so easy to make, if I can do it, you can do it. Let's get started!

1/2 cup refined coconut oil, make sure it is in liquid form. (120 ml) Food grade Cocoa butter can be used, but it is pretty expensive, depending on where you live. It will make the chocolate more stable at room temperature. amzn.to/3dMnPHj
