Honey cake

Ingredients:
225 gm Butter/Margarine(room temperature)
115 gm Sugar
6 Tbsp Honey
4 Eggs
450 gm All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon.

Method:
Mix the Margarine/butter and sugar in a suitable bowl.Use a hand mixer or whisk for this.
Add the honey and mix into the butter mix.
Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix completely before adding the next.
Add the flour, baking powder and the cinnamon and mix to make a thick cake batter.
Pour the mixture in a baking tin lined with a grease proof/parchment paper.
Bake in a pre heated oven(180ºC) until the cake is fully cooked(insert a small knife at the centre of the cake and it should come out clean)
