As per usual, there may be a little Crafty Loops loopiness in this video. I can't help it, its the way I am. I made my sister her Halloween costume of Dorothy Gale....I even made the dress. Having never turned a sewing machine on before that point, I was pretty pleased with it. These are the shoes that I made to complete the outfit. This tutorial is meant for adults only. I use a hot glue gun that reaches high temperatures. Please use at your own discretion and be careful. Enjoy!

Old pair of ugly maroon shoes
Hot glue and super glue
Red Stringed Sequins
Black stringed sequins
Bling for buckle
A whole heap of patience....lol
