As requested, here is the tutorial on the pin board I made for the altered box I made. Now, this one was made small for the box but you can apply the techniques in this tutorial for ANY size pin board should it be a large wall pin board to a teeny tiny one for a book.

Products Used:
2mm Chipboard
Glue
Ribbon
Wadding or batting (or in my case, cotton wool sheets, lol)
brads
Pokey tool to create holes in board
Card/paper (to back the pinboard and make it tidy and neat looking)
