Real French onion soup the way the French make it, it's very simple to make with hardly any ingredients, and your kitchen will smell like heaven in the process. Be sure to subscribe to my channel for the best recipes sourced from all over the world.

Ingredients:
5 Onions
Gruyere cheese 50grams worth cos its super expensive , grate it for best results
Flour - 50 grams or 3 spoons
Butter - between 60 and 80 grams or a bit over half a stick
White wine - 1 glass / cup
Salt And Papper
Water - just under 2 litres / half a gallon, or half beef stock half water
