This is an absolutely delicious, fast and easy side dish that goes very well with any pork dish.

3-5 apples, peeled & sliced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Cinnamon

Saute apples in skillet in butter until tender, not too soft, add brown sugar and cinnamon to taste. Heat through. This goes with any pork dish. Serves 4.
