Description from the creator

In this video I show you how to make glazed tofu using coconut aminos. Coconut aminos is a great substitute for soy sauce. It is a lot lower in sodium and tastes great. This recipe is so easy and only uses a few ingredients.

****ingredients****
one package of firm tofu drained
one package of frozen stir fry veggies
coconut aminos
1-2 tablespoonscorn starch
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup cold water for corn starch
1 tsp.veggie better than bullion
sesame seeds for garnish
Slice tofu into thin steaks and place in a non stick pan that has been pre heated over medium high heat. cook for 6 minute on first side then flip and turn heat down to medium and cook for another 5-6minutes. While tofu is cooking heat another non stick pan and add frozen veggies and cook for a few minutes.
Make a sauce with better than bullion dissolved into hot water and pour over veggies. Thicken with corn starch and water bring back to a boil then simmer for a few minutes.
When the tofu is done cooking and most of the moisture is gone pour the coconut aminos over tofu to coat, be sure to coat both sides let cook until tofu has a nice glazed look. Serve veggies and tofu over rice and garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy
