I'm Despina and I show you how to make Greek Salad.

You will need the following...

Salad:
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce (Despina's variation)
- Capsicum (bell pepper)
- Feta
- Kalamata olives
- Celery
- Cucumber
- Red onion
- Coriander leaves
- Oregano

Dressing:
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ Cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
