Ingredients:
2 Cups Mayonnaise
1 Cup Sour cream
1 Cup buttermilk
1 # Blue cheese crumbled
2 Oz. Red wine vinegar
1 Bunch chives chopped
2 Tbsp. Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, garlic powder, and half of the blue cheese
2. Puree completely using either a hand wand or food processor.
3. Fold in the remaining blue cheese along with the chives.
4. Place the blue cheese in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. The mixture needs to set to maximize it's delicious potential!! Enjoy!!
