I love making honeycomb its one of the easiest things to make if you get the temperature right! Here is my recipe for a quick and easy honeycomb. You can either eat it plain, on the side with a coffee or dip it in chocolate to make Cadburys Crunchie Bars. This recipe is vegan but if you don't want it to then just substitute the golden syrup for honey! Sometimes I like to make vegan nice cream then crunch up some honeycomb ontop to make honeycomb icecream.
