- Chopped Garlic 30 gms
- Button Mushroom 100 gms
- Eryngii Mushrooms 50 gms
- Vegetable Stock Cubes 5-6
- Bok Choy 100 gms
- Broccoli 100 gms
- French Beans 100 gms
- Chinese Cabbage 100 gms
- 2 Sliced Carrots
- Noodles 100 gms
- Soy Sauce 30 ml
- Chilli oil 50 ml
- Seasme oil 10 ml
- Salt to taste
