Ingredients:

Sponge:
¼ cup plain flour
¼ cup self raising flour
¼ cup corn flour
½ cup caster sugar
3 room temperature eggs
Dash of vanilla essence

Icing:
1 cup icing sugar mix
2 tbs cocoa
3 ½ tbs milk

Desiccated coconut
