how to make M&M and chocolate chip cookie sandwich

In this quick video, I demonstrate how to make chocolate chip and m&m cookies. If you want to transform these into heart attack cookies, I suggest you do what I did and sandwich some cream cheese frosting between two cookies! If you do make these, let me know what you think and how it went!

Recipe:

170 grams butter
45 grams vegetable shortening (i believe in Australia that's just copha from your local woolies or coles)
70 grams brown sugar
100 grams caster sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg
210 grams flour
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
pinch salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup M&M's

180 degrees Celsius for 12 to 15 minutes
