All righty, my responsible 21-year-old drinking friends, the next one up on the board is the pineapple upside down cake.

For the ladies or the gentlemen, but mostly the ladies, they like it, you want to grab your shaker, a scoop of ice, throw it in there, and this one is going to be all equal parts, so we're going to do a little bit of vanilla vodka, a little splash in there like that, you want to do a quick half count of butterscotch schnapps, little half count there, just like that, we're good to go.

Next ingredient, Irish Cream, never hurts, throw a little bit in there. And the last one we want is just a little bit of pineapple juice, give it the pineapple flavor, just a dash in there like that, that should be good. Grab your trusty mixing glass, put together, give it a good shake, perfect, and let this little puppy come right out like this. It's going to be a little slow, that's all right, here we go, and we're going to touch this off, going to make it nice and special with a dash of grenadine.

We're going to put the bottle upside down like that, and then it will drip out like that. Voila, perfect like that, and the effect of the grenadine drips down like that, makes it a perfect pineapple upside down cake. Give it to your lady friend, hopefully you'll get a smooch later.
