Recipe:
Ingredients:
Bread of your choice
2 Large steamed and mashed potatoes
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon of salt (per your taste)
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
A small bowl of water
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 Teaspoon of sour cream
A handful of spring onions

Steps:
#1: Take your mashed potatoes and add the cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt, spring onions, and sour cream. If you would like extra spice, you can add chili flakes. Mix well and set aside.

#2: Cut the edges of your preferred bread. You need one slice of bread per pie.

#3: Use a baking mat to roll the bread slices completely flat.

#4: Brush the edges of the bread with a little bit of water. This is will help seal the pie. Fill your pies with the potato filling. Put the filling towards the center of the bread.

#5: Fold the bread over and seal it with your fingers. Brush melted butter on the top and bottom of each pie before setting it in the air fryer crisp pan.

#6: Preheat your air fryer for 3 minutes at 350°

#7: After the air fryer has preheated, spray the crisp pan with the cooking spray. Put the pies on the crisp plate. Spray the top of the pies with your cooking spray and put it in the air fryer for about 10 minutes. Flip the pies halfway through and brush melted butter over them.

#8: Take the pies out of the air fryer and enjoy with your favorite condiment!
