How to make Pumpkin Spice Syrup - For that pumpkin spice fanatic in your life!

A number of people have requested I make a Pumpkin Spice Syrup. Since it's October, Halloween is coming and Pumpkin Spice (insert whatever here) is everywhere, I figure it's as good as time as any to make some. Let me tell you, this is one, thick delectable syrup!
