How to make Root Beer Moonshine

It's been a while since I made a flavored Moonshine so I thought I would break out this easy Root Beer Moonshine recipe.

Root Beer Moonshine Recipe:
5 cups of water
1 1/2 cups of cane sugar
2 tbl of brown sugar
2 cups of Everclear
2 tbl Root Beer Extract
1/2 tbl Vanilla Extract
